For a comprehensive sleep evaluation, physicians may
refer patients directly to our medical director, Dr.
Gofreed. She will schedule any required sleep diagnostic
testing and follow up to review results and plans.
Physicians may refer patients directly to our sleep
laboratory by faxing a signed order with diagnosis to
703.243.3131.
For your convenience we have a Patient
Referral Form with covered diagnoses which can be
downloaded from this website or obtained from our office.
Any additional history you provide is very helpful.
We will contact your patient to schedule their study
and take care of any prior authorization with their
insurance.
Following the sleep study, the recording is scored by
our polysomnographic technologist and interpreted by
Dr. Gofreed. A timely report with recommendations is
issued.
